With Hyperwords for Firefox you can select any word on any web page and do useful things from the menu that appears:

Please note: If you are using an older version of Hyperwords this version over-writes your old settings for custom searches. This is because we have completely re-written the database to let you edit the menu any way you want. We apologize and hope the upgrade will be worth it for you. We sure think so!
