To specify how Hyperwords™ should behave, go to the last item in the Hyperwords™ menu itself, labeled 'Hyperwords™' and then select 'Preferences'.

Here you can set when Hyperwords™ should appear (just by selecting text, select text and then clicking keys etc.) how it should behave (opening results in tabs etc.) and more.
