In order to understand the space of available presentation modes, we have put together a set of measurements for each style.

We are using two dimensions to make it a little easier to get to grips with the data:

Prominent vs. Un-Obtrusive is the amound of visual loudness.
&
Fleeting vs. Changes Workspace is the amount of change made.

The third dimension is the weight of the text and boxes and is used to show how much data each interaction mode affords.
