Clear Text

The 'Copy' menu features a few time saving additions to simple copying and pasting . We called this one 'clear' text so that you can have the keyboard shortcut 'c'.

Keyboard shortcut phrase: cc

with Link

The 'c,l' or 'Copy/with link' copies the text and appends a link to the web address of the page it was on to the end of the copied text as well as the name of the web page and the date you copied it.

Try it with any text on this page. You will need another program to paste the text into to see the pure coolness of this though.

If you want to save the selected text to your hard drive simply select text and choose 'Copy/to file' and you can create a text file with the selected text.

to Notepad

Copying to Notepad is useful for copying text directly to Notepad.

Keyboard shortcut phrase: cn

to File

Copying to File allows you to copy text directly to a document.

Keyboard shortcut phrase: cf

to Printer

Copy to Printer to only print the selected text, nothing else on the page.
