Some results can be presented in the very page that you are reading. Try translating hello to Japanese for example.

Select hello, choose 'Translate/from English/into Japanese' (or use the keyboard shortcut phrase 't,e,j').

The word should turn into Japanese right here on the page. Sometimes it might take a while, if the internet connection is not all that fast.
