To really fly through the web, get to know the Hyperwords keyboard shortcuts - or phrases.

For example, selecting text, such as Doug Engelbart, and hitting 'r' on your keyboard will open the 'Reference' level on the menu. If you then hit 'w' you will go to 'Wikipedia. Try it!

It's easy to remember the whole sequence as a keyboard phrase. In this case it is, of course: 'r,w'.

Please note

The only time when you might prefer to not use the keyboard phrases might be when you want to see the information in-menu, that is, without loading a whole new page. In these cases it's often useful to use the keyboard shortcut for the top level, then mousing over what you are interested in.

The shortcuts can be used both on selected text and in the toolbar.
